CEERRF warmly thanks Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences (SEAMK) as well as its partners UNIRI and VIKO for organizing and successfully delivering this collaborative BIP. These Erasmus+ partnerships reflect CEERRF’s commitment to training physiotherapists who are clinically competent, internationally minded, and grounded in a pedagogy that combines scientific rigor with human values.
In response to the deterioration of mental health indicators, health education programs and professionals, including physiotherapists, are playing an increasing role in identifying and preventing psychological distress. CEERRF demonstrates its commitment through the creation of a Mental Health and Gender-Based & Sexual Violence Unit, aiming both to train competent professionals and to ensure a supportive environment for students and staff.
As part of the Erasmus+ program, two CEERRF students completed a hybrid study mobility at the University of Granada for their thesis work. This experience highlights the benefits of international exposure in physiotherapy education and research.
